Sessions are 50-55 minutes in length and this includes time needed for paperwork, scheduling and payment.  My fee is $170.00 for the initial intake appointment and $160 for ongoing sessions.  My fee for couples and family therapy is $170 per session. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, check or credit card.  Missed appointments or cancellations without 48 hours prior notice are charged at the full rate. Please be aware that insurance carriers do not reimburse for missed appointments.  

 

I am a preferred provider with First Choice Health, Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise, Kaiser Permanente PPO and Regence Blue Shield and Aetna. If you have insurance you would like to utilize, we can discuss this during a free telephone consultation.  If I am not a provider for your insurance, it is likely I can work with you as an out-of-network provider.  I am happy to provide a monthly statement for you to present to your insurance or flex plan for reimbursement.  I recommend you to contact your insurance plan prior to our meeting to inquire about your benefits, copays and reimbursement for out-of-network providers.  I currently do not have openings for clients needing a reduced fee, these spots are filled.
